History
Condulíneas began operations on January 16, 1974, with the purpose to realize the complementary works, of Hydraulic Infrastructure of PYESA Group, which was founded on 1961.
The company, since his creation until today, has been developed in three stages, during the first stage, that it lasted from 1974 to 1980 they were constructed complementary Works of PYESA Group.
During the second stage, from 1980 to 1999, they were realized engineering works, for Federal dependencies, State dependencies and Private Companies, among them we can mention: The extension of the water treatment plant of San Roque, N.L; The Pumping Plant with a capacity of 9.00m3 / seg. on the Chapala Lake, Jalisco; A lot of 30km of the Cerro Prieto Aqueduct, Monterrey, N.L.; 10 km of the System Cutzamala Aqueduct, Mexico State.; 8 km of the Chapala Aqueduct, Guadalajara, Jalisco; the Civil Work of the "North Residual Waters Treatment Plant", on Escobedo, N.L; The construction of the Stamped Concrete Pavement on the Macroplaza of Monterrey. During all this time, Condulíneas was part of the PYESA Group.
On the third stage of Condulíneas development, now independent from the PYESA Group, since 1999, the CEO Othón Welsh Lozano, continues with the direction of the company, who develops Hydraulic Works, Earth Moving, Hydraulic and Asphalt Pavements, Bridges, Overpass Highways, Pluvial Drainages, Concrete Tanks, Steel, Concrete, Asbestos and PVC Tubes Installations, Urbanizations, among other different Civil Engineering Works.
One of the reasons of the successful development of Condulíneas since his foundation, has been his good administration and fulfillment of the contracted works.
