Industrial and Residential Urbanization
● Residential Urbanization "Dynasty" is located in Monterrey, N.L. in the area of Colinas de San Jeronimo at the west side of the City. It has a size of 300 lots with a total area of 10 hectares. They were realized land leveling, sub-base and paving of asphalt concrete, they were also introduced the services of pluvial drainage, sanitary drainage and drinkable water system.
● Residential Urbanization La Vereda, located on the Rogelio Cantu, avenue, in Monterrey, N.L. they were realized Earth Moving.
● Residential Urbanization Bosques del Vergel, located on the National Highway, in Monterrey, N.L., they were introduced sanitary drainage and drinkable water services.
● Residential Urbanization located in Montemorelos, N.L. they were realized paving works with asphalt concrete in a private land of 20 hectares.
● Construction of the hydraulic infrastructure in the Residential Urbanization Las Colinas de Monterrey Inc. They were realized installation of asbestos cement pipe, steel, polyethylene of high density, two circular tanks of concrete 10.10 m of diameter, 3 pumping stations and feeding lines to the tanks.
● Design, Supply, Construction, Supervision and put on service of the Lines of Transmission; San Nicolás-University, 115 KV. 2C 2 km and San Nicolás-Celulosa, 115 KV 1C 3 km, underground stage with section of copper cable of section 800 m2, located in Nuevo Leon. This work was contracted with the Federal Commission of Energy.
● Residential Urbanization Pedregal la Silla fourth sector, first stage. It includes: Earth Moving, base, sanitary drainage, pluvial drainage with circular duct of concrete, mixing concrete in place of 1.22 m diameter, drinkable water system, and paving, in Monterrey, N.L.
● Paving 4500 m2 of hydraulic concrete of F´c=200 kg. / cm2, and electro-joined mesh 66/1010, it includes: cuttings and base in the Union Benito Juárez Colony Streets, Monterrey, N.L. This work was contracted with the Municipal Administration of Monterrey, N.L.
● Construction of the pumping line, with steel pipe of 12” diameter, from the Pumping Station of Cumbres V, to the Cumbres V tank in the Cumbres Sector, in Monterrey, N.L.
● Construction of the discharge line, with pipe of asbestos cement of 12” of diameter,in the Cumbres VI tank.
● Construction of the pluvial drainage in the E. Garza Sada Avenue, with circular concrete, mixing concrete in the place 1,22m of diameter, in a length of 835 ml. In Monterrey, N.L.
● Construction of the pluvial drainage in the "Country Naranjo" Sector, with circular concrete duct, mising concrete in place, 2.00m and 1.22m of diameter, with length of 637 ml and 614 ml respectively.
● Construction of the pluvial drainage in the Francisco I. Madero Avenue, in Monterrey N.L. with circular concrete duct of 1.22 m of diameter, with a longitude of 330 ml. Including Pluvial Strainers of sidewalk and floor.
● Supply and installation of 6900 ml of asbestos cement pipe 18” of diameter, for the interconnection between the Highway II Tank to the Durazno Tank. This work was contracted with the Water and Drainage Services of Monterrey.
● Supply and installation of 6150 ml of asbestos cement and steel pipe 18” of diameter, for the Durazno Tank, This work was contracted with the Water and Drainage Services of Monterrey.
● Supply and installation of 6000 ml of asbestos cement and steel pipe 18” of diameter, for the Villa of Juárez Feeder, in Cadereyta, N.L This work was contracted with the Water and Drainage Services of Monterrey.
● Hydraulic infrastructure, asphalt pavement and stamped concrete, in the lands where the Seminar of the Archdiocese of Monterrey was built, located in the Highway to San Roque, in Benito Juárez, N.L. Sanitary Drainages with Pipe of Concrete of 8” diameter, drinkable water System, circular Tank of concrete with capacity 300m3, pluvial Drainage with concrete pipe 18”, 24”, 30” and 48” of diameter.
● Separation of the sanitary and pluvial drainages of the Thermoelectric Power station of Monterrey, with steel and concrete 8”, 10”, 21”, 24”, 30”, 36” and 42” of diameter. This work was contracted with the Federal Commission of Electricity.
● Supply and construction of 5035 ml steel pipe and asbestos-cement 18” of diameter, López Mateos III tank feeder, to carry Drinkable water to several sectors located to the north of the Díaz Ordaz Boulevard, in Santa Catarina and Monterrey, N.L. This work was contracted with the Water and Drainage Services of Monterrey and the Monte-Real Construction Company.
● Residential Urbanization Pedregal La Silla third Sector, second stage, in Monterrey, N.L. This work was contracted with U-CALLI Construction Company.
● Residential Urbanization Rincon del Country, in Monterrey, N.L. They were realized earth moving, Paving, Sanitary Drainage and Drinkable Water systems, gas, Public Illumination and Electric power.
● Sub sanitary collector 12” of diameter, with a length of 830 ml. in the Residential Sector Cumbres, in Monterrey, N.L. This work was contracted with the Inversiones y Bienes Company.
● Canalization of a stage La Talaverna Stream, with recovery of concrete, in a length of 400 mts. This work was contracted with the Urban Development and Public Works Secretary of Nuevo Leon.
● Pluvial drainage, duct of reinforced concrete f'c=250 kg/cm2 of 2.10 m. interior diameter, in the Residential Sector Villas de San Sebastian, in Guadalupe, N.L. This work was contracted with Proeza Inmobiliaria Company.
● Pluvial drainage with reinforced concrete pipe 1.22 m of diameter, length of 760 m. and channel of concrete, longitude 1160m. In the south side of the Highway to Tampico, among the Avenues Diego Díaz de Berlanga and Ruíz Cortínez. This work was contracted with Provimet XXI, and the Administration of Nuevo Leon.
● Feeding Line 12” of diameter, with asbestos cement pipe, with a length of 890 m. for the Residential Sector Puerta del Sol, in Guadalupe, N.L. This work was contracted with the Gilberto Association Nuevo Leon, S.A.
● Infrastructure for the operation of the tanks Valle Verde II, III, IV and V, in Pedregal Cumbres Sector, in Monterrey, N.L. with steel pipes and asbestos cement 18” and 16” of diameter and two pumping stations.
● Residential Urbanization Villas de San Sebastian, in Guadalupe, N.L. they were realized earth moving, paving, Sanitary Drainage and Drinkable Water systems. This work was contracted with Proeza Inmobiliaria, S.A.
● Sanitary drainage in Tierra Propia Sector, first, second, third and fourth stage, First Sector, in Guadalupe, N.L.
